The first time I met Dan he was anxiously waiting for Kim to arrive, for that night he was going to get down on one knee and ask her to be his bride. Dan did an excellent job planning out the details and it was a picture perfect moment (literally, here is the blog on the proposal). Fast forward a few months to their beautiful engagement session. Dan and Kim drove down to Austin for their session and we had a blast. I am truly blessed to work with couples in love like these two, it just radiates throughout all the photos.
Where to begin? Melanie and Josh met while attending UT of Austin and since graduating both have moved to the Washington DC area. I can only imagine planning a wedding from such a distance but Melanie and Josh did it and everything came together beautifully! Excited to leave the snow, they traveled back to the beautiful hill country of Texas and tied the knot under the vast oak trees. We had a wonderful time spending time with these two and their dear friends and family! We wish them the best and cannot wait to watch them grow together as a couple!

I have known Justin since we were in junior high (cannot believe that was almost eight years ago!) and when he contacted me about wedding photographing I was thrilled. When I first met Samantha I could see how happy they were together and the connection they shared. As you know Texas has some of the most bi-polar weather so planning anything outdoors can be a challenge. A cold front decided to grace us with its presence the day we did engagement photos but Samantha and Justin pushed through, with the help of some delicious hot tea and hot chocolate from Star Co. Coffee House. They picked downtown Round Rock for their location and it could not have been more perfect. I am excited for their wedding in November but until then enjoy!
From the moment I met Nadia and Brian I could feel the strong bond they had together and I could not wait to work with them. A few weekends ago we met at Butler Park for their book themed engagement session. At our first meeting they told me they loved to read and wanted to incorporate it into their engagement photos, so with a few books and a beautiful couch we made it happen. I am excited for their wedding this May.
Dan contacted me a month ago about taking photos of his proposal to Kim and I couldn’t have been happier to say yes. He picked the prefect place, Blue Mesa, the first place they met over drinks. It was clear after only spending a few minutes with him that he was head over heels in love with Kim and couldn’t wait to spend the rest of his life with her. I am so happy for them and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
